Superwoman Lifestyle has exclusively learned that Singer & R&B Diva Cast member Chante Moore will undergo major surgery on April 6th to repair a disc in her neck. This surgery is particularly delicate since it requires manipulation of Chante’s vocal chords. APRIL 2, 2015, LOS ANGELES – Singer, Songwriter, Author,and “R&B Divas L.A.” personality Chante Moore will undergo the second of three surgeries to repair one of three herniated discs in her back on Monday, April 6, 2015. Doctors will make an incision in the front of Moore’s neck and carefully move her vocal chords aside in order to fix the disc that is impinging on a nerve sitting on her spinal cord. The procedure is very invasive and Moore’s expected recovery time is approximately 8-12 weeks. This is her second surgery to correct the problem in two years.

Chante Moore has released seven R&B albums and produced over 20 charting singles in collaboration with such artists as Prince, R. Kelly, Boyz II Men, and the Isley Brothers. She has also been an integral part of the R&B Divas L.A. cast for three seasons. Additionally, Moore released her first book, Will I Marry Me? in the latter part of 2014.
