100 Women Entrepreneurs Run/Walk

The very first 100 Women Entrepreneurs Run/Walk was a HUGE success! The event was started and created by entrepreneurs Vicki Irvin, Chereace Richards and Erana Tyler as a way to bring women in business together for a day of fun, fitness and sisterhood while raising money for charity!

The chosen charity this year was the Women Veterans Interactive (WVI), a non-profit run by Ginger Baine Miller. WVI supports women in the military and veterans who often have a tough time making the transition back into civilian life. WVI was recently recognized by the white house and the 2014 BET Honors for their outstanding work and dedication to women who have served our country.

The 5k run took place on October 25th at the Bowie Town Center in Bowie MD. The support was overwhelming, between the women who donated and the women who registered and participated in the run, their first year goals were exceeded!

Sponsors this year included and who supported the run both financially and in spirit.

Chereace, Vicki & Erana work tirelessly to show women that you can have it all. The three have worked together before and are shining examples of how collectively there is power in unity from which positive experiences will emerge.

Each year the 100 Women Entrepreneurs Run/Walk will select a different charity or cause to raise money for.
